Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed. Each item is made specifically for you, and we advise all customers to ensure they provide the correct size when placing their order. If you are uncertain about your size or require assistance in choosing the right fit, please contact us at sales@originalireland.com before finalizing your purchase. We are here to provide you with personalized support.
Exchanges
If you believe you have received a defective product, please reach out to us at sales@originalireland.com within 90 days of purchase. In your email, include your order number, a description of the product, and any supporting photos that help illustrate the defect.
Should a product be deemed defective due to a manufacturing error or faulty materials, we will either repair or exchange the product as necessary. If we determine that a repair or replacement is not practical, we will issue a refund.
Damaged in Shipment
Please inspect your product upon receipt. If you discover any damage incurred during shipping, you must report it to us within 14 days. Email us at sales@originalireland.com with a description of the damages and photos if possible. This information helps us ensure that our products are appropriately packaged and shipped. We will arrange for a replacement of any damaged items.
Refunds
As we do not accept returns for customised items, we only issue refunds in cases of defective products or products damaged in transit. Once your situation is assessed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund, please contact us at sales@originalireland.ie. Shipping To report a defective product or damage, please email us at sales@originalireland.ie for further instructions. As a reminder, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items.
Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs incurred by Original Ireland will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
